4. Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Within 14 days of purchase: You may request a full refund for any reason by contacting support@sarabensalem.com
• After 14 days: Refunds are granted at our discretion on a case-by-case basis
• Technical issues: If you are unable to access purchased content due to a technical problem on our end, we will resolve the issue or provide a full refund

5. Content and Access

Upon purchasing workshop content, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for educational purposes. This means:

• You may use the lesson plans and materials in your own classroom, home, or after-school program
• You may print materials for personal or classroom use
• You may not redistribute, resell, or share your account access with others
• You may not upload, republish, or make the content available on other websites or platforms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue content at any time. If content you have purchased is permanently removed, you will be notified and offered a refund or substitute.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, lesson plans, curriculum materials, logos, and software, is the property of Sara Bensalem or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
