The Home Office
In the times of COVID and the upcoming age of remote work/school, the home is beginning to emulate a coworking environment. The ironic aspect is that the coworking environments borrowed many design elements of the home. Today we find ourselves working from home more than ever before. I am exploring how people have adapted different architecture and interior design scenarios to the recent global lockdowns due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Today’s market is moving to a study and work-at-home environment. This rapid change in the makeup of work needs a critical exploration of how the environment at home impacts user performance and well-being.
